Situated on the 1st floor the apartament is optimal for 4 persons.  It has 2 separate balconies: one from the living room facing the garden and one from the bedroom. 

You will find there: 
Spacious living room with the fully equipped kitchenette:  microwafe, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, wardrobe , TV set, 4 person table with chairs , cupboard, 2 person folded sofa. 
Bedroom: double person bed, wardrobe
Bathroom: rainshower, hairdryer.
